Enjoy your fishing trip with Steven’s Guide Service aboard a 23’ flats boat, which can run in less than 6’’ of water where the other boats won’t dare to go. Originally built in 2000, the vessel was upgraded in 2016 and comes powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine. It provides comfortable fishing space for up to 4 people. A multimedia system is fitted on board for the anglers to relax in between the bites. The vessel’s trolling motor enables a quiet ride.
Whether you want to fish the oyster reefs, the nearshore rigs or the channels – Steven’s Guide Service will always find the hottest spots where the fish are biting. Choose which trip suits you best, be it a half day morning adventure, an afternoon ride or an eight-hour action. Steven’s Guide Service specializes in catching trophy Redfish, Flounder, and Spotted Seatrout, as well as Black Drum. Captain Randy Filla will be your captain on this charter. Don’t worry, you’re in excellent hands – he has over 35 years of experience fishing inshore waters. A variety of fishing techniques are at your disposal to try out, such as popping, spinning, drift fishing or bottom fishing all with light tackle, as well as trolling. Quality Shimano rods and reels are provided to the customers for use on this charter.
All live bait is supplied to the customers, so you can just focus on fishing as much as you can. Children and beginners are more than welcome on board as Captain Randy really loves seeing a person fall in love with fishing for the first time. There is a minimum age policy of no children under the age of 6. The crew will clean and fillet your catch after your trip, so gratuity is appreciated.

Itinerary

The inshore waters of Texas are known far and wide to be excellent and bountiful fishing grounds. Bull Redfish, huge Black Drum, and beautiful Speckled Trouts are teeming in this area and Fillabite Guide Service has their finger on the pulse of the fish – they’ll put you on the hottest bite around!
The boat you’ll fish from is a 24’ Haynie bay boat, capable of holding 4 anglers fishing at the same time. She’s powered by a 250 HP Mercury outboard engine, allowing her to fly across the shallow waters at 50 knots – you’ll spend practically no time traveling! When you do get close, there’s a wireless trolling motor on board, so you can stalk even the spookiest fish.

Jim Adams Guide Service invites you on a fishing trip out of Port Aransas. Year-round, these trips will take you exploring the inshore waters of Texas’ praised waterways. Whether it’s Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, or Mutton Snapper, here you will have a chance to get them! These trips work well with hardcore fishermen and families with kids alike.
Captain Jim will welcome you aboard his 25’ LaFitte Skiff style bay boat. She was restored in 2017 and comes equipped with a 250 HP Yamaha engine. The boat can take up to six anglers. If you’re bringing kids along, the captain has life vests for them on the boat. The boat will take you around flats, inshore, and nearshore waters and is equipped with necessities for your trip. The vessel carries Penn fishing gear as well.
When you’re packing for the trip, you should bring food, beverages, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera. Please remember to bring a valid Texas fishing license. The captain will normally fish for live bait before the trip, but in case you join him fishing for the bait, he will extend your trip. You can get your fish cleaned at the dock, for 50 cents per pound.

Itinerary

Captain Roger will take you to the offshore waters where Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Cobia, Sharks, and Red Snapper can be found. Using a variety of fishing techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, and drift fishing, you will target the species in season.
Fishing is done aboard a 33’ Bertram Express cruiser originally built in 1984, with a capacity for six persons. Powered by twin 275 HP Catapillar engines, with a maximum cruising speed of 25 knots, the vessel is fast and safe in getting you to the offshore grounds. It features a GPS and a fishfinder used to locate the most productive spots, a livewell for the bait, and an icebox for the catch.
The vessel is super comfortable featuring a full-size toilet, a bed, a kitchen, and all the safety features needed including life jackets for adults and 2 kid’s life jackets for under 75 lbs. Captain Roger’s boat also has a set of outriggers which are used when trolling.

They offer bay fishing in Port Aransas and Rockport area with all the bays from Matagorda to Baffin covered. Captain Randy Seidel who owns and operates the charter has worked incredibly hard to make this a prime guiding service in the area and one to be reckoned with.

Itinerary

Captain Randy will take you fishing for the “big three” species: Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Flounder. Depending on the time of year, you might also be able to target the occasional Tarpon, Bluefish, Black Drum, Ladyfish, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, Jack Crevalle, and Sharks. You will do wade fishing and drift fishing as preferred techniques using live bait or artificial.
Fishing takes place aboard a 24-foot Blazer Bay center console originally built in 2015 with a guest capacity of 5. Powered by a 250 HP Mercury engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 60 knots, this boat is super fast and gets you to the fishing grounds in no time. It features all the USCG-approved safety equipment like life jackets and a CPR-trained Captain.
The vessel is equipped with a GPS and a fishfinder used to locate the schooling fish, a livewell to hold the baits.
Seidel Guide Service offers half day and full day trips for up to 5 guests. They provide rods, reels, tackle, live and artificial baits, and a catch cleaning and filleting service.
